2. Description of Service

Jaeger OS is a B2B AI-powered autonomous growth platform that allows users to conduct market research, discover prospects, and automate outbound marketing campaigns. We provide tools for email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and data enrichment using various AI integrations including Google Cloud services.

3. Google OAuth 2.0 and API Usage

Jaeger OS integrates with Google APIs (e.g., Gmail API) via OAuth 2.0 to facilitate email sending and inbox management on your behalf.

  • Compliance: Jaeger OS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Authorization: By connecting your Google account, you explicitly grant us permission to send emails and read responses as configured by you within the platform.
  • Revocation: You may revoke Jaeger OS's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings.

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree to use Jaeger OS only for lawful B2B prospecting purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR (Europe), CAN-SPAM (US), or other regional electronic communication regulations.
  • Send unsolicited, bulk spam messages or malicious software.
  • Use our platform to harass, abuse, defame, or harm others.
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures or scrape our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you violate these policies.

5. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

As a French entity, WELINK TECH strictly adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • You remain the sole Data Controller for the prospects and personal data you process using Jaeger OS.
  • Jaeger OS acts as a Data Processor on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis (such as Legitimate Interest or Consent) to contact your prospects.

6. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Jaeger OS operates on a subscription and credit-based model.

  • Fees: All fees are stated in EUR/USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
  • Credits: Credits purchased for AI operations (e.g., Sniper/Ghost protocols) are non-refundable and expire based on your plan terms.
  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits, except as legally required for consumers in the EU. Note that Jaeger OS is strictly a B2B service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French and EU law, WELINK TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Your use of the outbound tools is at your own risk concerning email deliverability and domain reputation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
