We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our B2B SaaS platform.

• Account Information: Name, email address, password (encrypted), and billing details when you register for Jaeger OS.
• Google Account Data (OAuth): If you integrate your Google Workspace / Gmail account, we request access to necessary scopes (e.g., sending emails, reading specific threads). We do not read your personal emails. We only read data related to the campaigns managed via Jaeger OS.
• Prospect Data: Data you upload or that our AI agents (Sentinel) gather regarding your B2B targets (names, business emails, LinkedIn URLs, company data). You are the Data Controller for this information.
• Usage Data: We collect standard telemetry data, IP addresses, and interaction metrics to improve our AI models and platform stability.

2. Google API Services Limited Use Policy

Our application's use of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We only use Google data to provide and improve the user-facing features of Jaeger OS (specifically, sending automated cold emails and monitoring replies).
• We do not transfer your Google data to third parties unless required to provide the core service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition.
• We do not use your Google data for serving advertisements.
• Human access to your Google data is strictly prohibited unless you grant explicit consent for troubleshooting, or if required for security purposes or legal compliance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide the Jaeger OS application.
• To authenticate you and process payments.
• To execute automated B2B outreach (Sniper and Ghost protocols) on your behalf.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data Processing (GDPR)

As a French company, WELINK TECH operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Our Role: For the Prospect Data you process via our platform, you are the Data Controller and we are the Data Processor.
• Data Location: Our infrastructure relies on secure cloud providers (like Supabase and Vercel) hosted within the EU/US with strict data processing agreements in place.
• Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights within your Jaeger OS settings or by contacting us.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to secure your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. OAuth tokens are securely encrypted. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and prospect data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Upon account termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 30 days, subject to legal backup retention policies.

8. Jaeger Chrome Extension

Our Chrome Extension ("Jaeger Chrome") collects and processes information from LinkedIn profiles when you are actively browsing them. This data is used solely to provide real-time DISC analysis and synchronize prospect information with your Jaeger OS dashboard. We do not store LinkedIn credentials, and we do not sell any data extracted via the extension to third parties.
